The Peach Keeper by Sarah Addison Allen

The house had set empty for so many years, when Paxton Osgood and her family chose to restore it, they didn’t know what sort of trouble they were digging up . Coming back to Wall of Water had been a difficult decision for Willa Jackson without the well deserved reputation as the town prankster. Knowing her ancestral home was being renovated, Willa took every chance she could at a private peak without anyone knowing, or getting to close to it. Taking over the landscape design end of the renovations as a favor to his twin sister Paxton, Colin made several unexpected discoveries, one was that Willa had effected so many of his decisions over the years, another had been under the peach tree.

Sarah Addison Allen has quickly become one of my favorite authors. As usual, she has added a touch of magic and a ghost too. This is a book of friendship, love and compassion, understanding and self discovery. Really liked the stereotypes being broke down and lines being crossed. I would have liked to see more of the emotions behind the romances, more emotions period. Bonus with a nod to Garden Spells and the brief appearance of Claire Waverly and neice. Eager to see what SAA will have next. ( )
